The challenges facing a child born with cleft lip and/or palate include: difficulty feeding, speaking, risk for psychological problems including depression and self-esteem issues. Every Smile Has A Story hosts fundraising events throughout the year. Please consider donating if you are interested in helping a child or family with a craniofacial difference.

Education

Every Smile Has A Story is an organization founded to increase understanding and awareness for people with facial differences. Cleft lip and palate has now become the most common live birth defect. There are over 340 syndromes that include cleft lip and palate.
